On June 8, 2025, the Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, highlighted the pivotal role of women—referred to as ‘Nari Shakti’—in the nation’s journey towards becoming a developed India.   1. Swachh Bharat Abhiyan: This initiative aimed at ensuring dignity for women by promoting cleanliness and hygiene, thereby improving public health and sanitation.
  2. Jan Dhan Yojana: A financial inclusion program that provided women with access to banking services, enabling them to manage their finances independently.
  3. Ujjwala Yojana: This scheme brought smoke-free kitchens to numerous households, reducing health risks associated with traditional cooking methods and empowering women in rural areas.
